8 Ports PoE Ethernet Switch is an unmanaged Ethernet switch designed for Ethernet access and PoE applications. It provides eight fast Ethernet PoE ports, and two RJ-45 Uplink slots. The eight PoE ports support 802.3af/at standard and feature Max 30W PoE power output of each single port, Max 120W of whole machine. This switch supports three kinds of working modes (N-Normal, V-VLAN, and S-SUMP). It can be widely used in security surveillance, hotels, schools, and SMB engineering and other occasions.

Higher-powered devices are connected to the network using PoE Type 2, based on the IEEE 802.3at-2009 standard. It is backward compatible (meaning that it can also support the types of devices typically supported by PoE Type 1), and provides 30W of DC power to each PoE port (up to 25.5W of power for each device). PoE Type 2 can support devices such as more complex surveillance cameras that pan, tilt or zoom, as well as wireless access points with six antennas, LCD displays, biometric sensors and tablets.

Maximum power to port: 60W

PoE Type 3 uses all four pairs in a copper cable. Currently in development with IEEE 802.3bt Type 3 Work Group, it is projected to be ratified in early 2017. The standard is currently under development, and scheduled to be ratified in 2017.
